Before and After Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This 25 year old female came to us for a reductive rhinoplasty. Her goals were to remove the dorsal hump (bump), gently lift the nasal tip and modify the shape of her nasal bridge giving it a slight slope. We carried out a closed rhinoplasty using the intra-nasal technique to trim, modify and reshape her nose. No external incisions were made and all sutures are within the nasal structure. Her nose looks very natural and is well balanced with her other facial features. Before and after closed rhinoplasty pictures are 6 weeks apart.
