Before and After Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is an adorable 28 year old female who wanted to address her breathing as well as nasal refinement. She wanted to eliminate the appearance of her dorsal hump and elevate the nasal tip. She wanted a natural nasal appearance to enhance her other facial features.
