Before and after Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is an adorable 17 year old young woman who wanted a dramatic change to her nasal shape. We performed an open rhinoplasty to elevate the nasal tip, shorten and narrow the nasal bridge, remove the dorsal hump and replace it with a slight slope to feminize the nose.
