Suture tip plasty with addition of cartilage grafts to her nasal tip sidewall provided a natural yet structurally sound nasal tip. Her nasal tip required not only refinement but addition of stabilizing cartilage grafts to ensure she didnt develop breathing problems. Her basal or bottom view of her nasal tip demonstrates the changes in her nasal tip structure.
