Before and after Nasal Tip Plasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 32 year old female Dr. Solomon. She underwent a primary rhinoplasty 16 years ago in South America. She wanted to improve upon the results, specifically the nasal tip. She wanted increased projection and nasal refinement and nasal tip placement. We carried out an open rhinoplasty utilizing cadaveric rib graft to achieve this result. Before and after Nasal Tip Plasty pictures with Dr. Philip Solomon are 6 weeks apart.
