Before and after Alar Reduction Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our lovely female patient underwent Alar Reduction, Type 2, to narrow and reshape nostrils. She wanted to reduce the flair, narrow the aesthetics and achieve a more refined nasal appearance. Alar reduction is performed under local anesthesia at the Solomon Nasal and Facial Plastic Surgery Centre. Before and after alar reduction pictures with Dr. Philip Solomon are 6 weeks apart.
