Elder African American patient who wishes to reduce his turkey neck. He did not wish to undergo facelift surgery. A direct neck plasty was offered. This risk of keloid formation was discussed and accepted by the patient. Overall the patient was very satisfied with the result. While there were scars due to the patients skin type they were acceptable to the patient.
