Our patient is a 40 year old female who wanted to address two issues; the length of her white lip and the volume of her upper red lip. We carried out a Modified Upper Lip Lift one week ago with sutures removed moments ago. The philtrum has been shortened and the upper lip has been elevated for a more youthful appearance.
