Before and After Facial Fat Grafting with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 48 year old male came to us with concerns about his lower eyelids / tear troughs. He was experiencing subtle hollowing of the lower eyelids as well as crepey skin causing an excess fine lines. We carried out a combined procedure of facial fat grafting with C02 Laser Resurfacing to add volume and tighten the surrounding skin. Before and after Facial Fat Grafting pictures with Dr. Philip Solomon are 4 weeks apart.
