This young man had undergone multiple jaw procedures including orthognathic surgery. He had concerns about lack of jaw definition and width. He felt he would be a good candidate for medpore jaw angle implants.
The implants were placed from the inside of his mouth. A single small screw was used to secure the implant to his own mandible. Medpore implants allow for bone ingrowth.
