Before and After Facial Feminization Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 23 year old who has transitioned from male to female. She underwent v-line surgery to feminize the jawline. The parasymphyseal bone was shaved from inside the mouth to achieve this result. This procedure is a component of Facial Feminization Surgery carried out at the Solomon Nasal and Facial Plastic Surgery Centre. Before and after V-line surgery pictures with Dr. Philip Solomon are 2 years apart.
