Before and after Facial Feminization Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This patient, a 28 year old female, wanted a combination of surgeries to feminize her appearance. She underwent a closed rhinoplasty, brow bone reduction and v-line chin reduction. These procedures all address the bone structures which in males can be more prominent and shaped differently than that of females. Her nose now has a gentle slope, giving a more feminine flare. Her lower face is now heart shaped with the modification of the chin shape and her brow bone projection has been reduced.
