Before and After Facial Fat Grafting Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 53 year old female who came to us looking to address her lower eyelids and volume loss in her mid-face.. She felt they were aging her appearance. We performed a Lower Blepharoplasty combined with facial fat grafting and co2 laser resurfacing. We carried two treatments of fat grafting and co2 to achieve this result. Before and after fat grafting surgery pictures with Dr. Philip Solomon are two months apart.
