Dr. Philip Solomon performed a Deep Plane Facelift on this 66 year old male to address skin laxity of the lower face, jawline and neck. The Deep Plane Facelift addresses the skin, underlying muscle and fascia which are all elevated vertically to undo the gravity pull that has occurred through the natural aging process.
