Before and after Male Deep Plane Facelift surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon. Our 56 year old male patient underwent facial rejuvenation, addressing his lower face and neck as well as his lower eyelids. We performed an extended deep plane facelift to address the skin laxity of his lower face by repositioning the underlying structure as well as excising excess skin. A lower blepharoplasty was carried out to address the aging of the lower eyelids using the transconjuctival approach, no external incisions were required. Before and after deep plane facelift pictures are 5 months apart.
