Before and after Deep Plane Facelift surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon. Our patient is a delightful 47 year old female who was experiencing early signs of aging and wanted to address her concerns with a deep plane facelift. As you can see in her photos, she had redundant skin prior to surgery, and now has a beautiful neck contour that will carry her into the next 2 decades of her life.
