Before and After Deep Plane Facelift Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 39 year old female who experienced a dramatic transformation from a combination of surgeries to address her jawline, chin projection and skin laxity. We performed a Deep Plane Facelift with Neck Liposuction, Chin Augmentation and Buccal Fat Removal to achieve a more contoured and defined facial structure.
