Before and After Deep Plane Facelift Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 46 year old female wanted to refine and enhance her appearance. Her main goals were to tighten the jawline, refine her nasal appearance and to address brow positioning. We carried out an endoscopic brow lift in combination with an open rhinoplasty and deep plane facelift. Her results are natural and feminizing. Surgery was carried out at the Solomon Nasal and Facial Plastic Surgery Centre in Toronto in a 4 hour procedure.
