Before and After Deep Plane Facelift with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 52 year old male who wanted to address facial aging. He presented with a recessed chin, lax mid-face, jawline and neck. We carried out a deep plane facelift combined with a chin augmentation using a silicone chin implant, improving facial structure and balance. This procedure was carried out at the Solomon Nasal and Facial Plastic Surgery Centre in Toronto. Dr. Solomon.
