Our 71 year old patient underwent a combination procedure that also included a chin implant and rhinoplasty to address her chin projection and nasal shape. The deep plane facelift addressed skin laxity and muscle position addressing the cheek, mid-face, jawline and neck. In combining a chin implant with facelift surgery, the facial profile can be drastically improved and provide a more youthful appearance.
