Before and After Brow Lift Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 36 year old female who is also extremely athletic and wanted to address early signs of aging. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift and facial fat grafting of the lower eyelids. The combined procedure repositioned her brows to an elevated plane while the fat grafting addressed the tear troughs which were appearing slightly hollowed.
