Our patient is a 65 year old female who underwent a revision facelift combined with an endoscopic brow lift for a comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Her lateral brows were imposing on her upper eyelid region, causing subtle hooding. She now has a slightly elevated brow that has addressed the skin laxity.
