Before and after Endoscopic Brow Lift surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 25 year old female who wanted to address multiple concerns including her brow position, lower eyelids, chin projection and cheek fullness. We performed and endoscopic brow lift to elevate the brow position and provide greater tarsal plane exposure. She combined this procedure with lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting of the lower eyelids and cheeks, buccal fat removal and chin implant surgery. I came to see Dr. Solomon to inquire about a chin implant. I didn't have much definition on my jawline and my chin before was almost non-existent.
