Before and After Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 53 year old female who was bothered by her lower eyelids, a combination of hollowing and excess fat pads, making her appear tired and aged. We carried out a lower blepharoplasty combined with fat grafting and co2 laser resurfacing to blend the tear trough with the upper cheek for a more youthful appearance.
