Before and After Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 45 year old female who came to us with concerns about the severity of her lower eye bags. We carried out lower eyelid surgery also known as lower blepharoplasty combined with facial fat grafting to achieve this result. We utilized the transconjunctival technique in a 2 hour procedure performed at our Toronto surgical centre. Before and after Lower Blepharoplasty pictures with Dr. Philip Solomon are 8 weeks apart.
