Before and after Lower Blepharoplasty Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 66 year old female who was presented with severe eye bags. We performed a transconjuctival blepharoplasty to achieve this result. No external incisions were required. Excess fat was removed and relocated to areas of hollow. C02 Laser Resurfacing was then used to treat the surrounding skin to both tighten and brighten the lower eyelids.
