An incision is made from the inside of the cheek and dissolving sutures are placed from the inside of the mouth to create a dimple on the cheeks. While this is a minor surgical procedure, there is a possibility that the result is not exactly as you idealize. In most cases, the dimple created looks natural and is long lasting. I have done this procedure for over ten years and am happy to see patients in consultation to discuss the procedure in more detail.
