There is no guarantee with revision rhinoplasty surgery. However, the one thing that you can do is to find a surgeon who you trust who you believe understands what needs to be improved and offers reasonable solutions. Review examples of surgeons work to see what types of results he or she has achieved in the past. With a proper surgical plan an experienced facial plastic surgeon should be able to improve your situation. Having realistic goals established will help achieve a satisfied patient postoperatively.
