How to Fix an Aging Neck - The Story of a Necklift

This patient in his 60’s presented with concerns regarding his aging neck. He underwent a necklift

He had laxity to his skin and hanging of his neck soft tissue. He did not want a facelift. A direct neck lift or neck plasty was offered. Dr Solomon directly removed the extra skin of his neck. He then tightened his neck muscles. Post surgery photos reveal a dramatic improvement in his neck contour. Surgery took about an hour. Results will last at least ten years.
