This women underwent surgical removal of a nasal tumour. She had a skin graft on her nose which resulted in a significant nasal deformity. Dr Solomon performed reconstructive septo rhinoplasty surgery. Her nose was rebuilt by removing the skin graft, rebuilding her defect with septal cartilage and recovering her nose with facial skin flap reconstruction.
