Before and after Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 29 year old female who wanted improved nasal refinement. She had a complex nasal anatomy that included a super-tip saddle nose deformity combined with a dorsal hump. We performed open rhinoplasty to address all concerns as well as functional issues, tip projection and nasal shape for an aesthetic improvement. I came to see Dr. Solomon to inquire about a chin implant. I didn't have much definition on my jawline and my chin before was almost non-existent.
