This lovely 18 year old female wanted a complete transformation of her nose. She was bothered by her dorsal hump and wanted it removed and replaced with a lovely sloped nose bridge. Her nasal tip projection was reduced, her nasal tip was rotated and lifted. Her before and after rhinoplasty pictures are 6 weeks following closed rhinoplasty surgery at Dr. Philip Solomon’s Toronto surgery centre.
