Before and After Closed Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This young beauty came to us looking for a significant change to her nasal shape. The 21 year old female wanted a considerable slope, a lifted nasal tip and reduced projection. We of course must take into consideration facial balance. A closed rhinoplasty was carried out in a 90 minute procedure under general anesthesia at the Solomon Nasal and Facial Plastic Surgery Centre in Toronto. Closed rhinoplasty, also known as endo-nasal surgery, eliminates the need for external sutures; both temporary and permanent sutures are used. Her nose will continue to refine over the course of her one year healing period. Before and after closed rhinoplasty pictures are 6 weeks apart.
