Before and After Lower African American Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Dr. Philip Solomon performed an African American Rhinoplasty on a 44 year old female to refine her nasal appearance. She wanted to augment the nasal bridge and refine her nasal tip. She felt her nose was too wide in appearance and lacked definition. We performed an open rhinoplasty to best address her concerns and used a combination of gortex and medpor to refine and reshape her nose. Before and after pictures of African American Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon, are 10 months apart.
