Direct Neck Plasty (Z Plasty). This gentleman who was in excellent phyical shape felt that his neck had aged. He wished to improve his neck contour and remove excess hanging skin. He did not want a facelift procedure. He underwent a direct neck plasty with Z plasty closure. He has an excellent result with minimal visible scarring. His neck is completely rejuvinated.
