Deep Plane Facelift Surgery before and after images with Dr. Philip Solomon. Our 52 year old patient had extraordinary facelift results to address multiple issues. She was experiencing submental fullness, an excess of fat that required neck liposuction. She required a platysmaplasty to tighten the vertical neck lines and neck bands which are the most obvious signs of aging. In doing so, this helps restructure the shape of the neck achieving a more contoured silhouette known as a “swan neck”. Excess skin of the neck and lower face were excised while underlying structures were tightened, leaving the patient with the most natural and long lasting results.
