How Can I be Sure Revision Rhinoplasty will be Better?

Had a nose job with Dr Iregbulem (Profile Clinic, London) - he seemed good at first but on reveal he did his own thing, which left me with lovely small nostrils but a big masculine tip. I was very unhappy but had to wait a year for him to revise. His attitude was “this is the last operation, you are expecting too much”. I felt like a child but went for it. This was even worse. It was like he did not care because I was making a fuss. The tip was even bigger and the stitching was careless. I was left with scars in the alar base. I am so upset I dont even want to contact his office but am seeking a revision with another surgeon. Dr Iregbulem is a bully. He does what he thinks is best and (twice) did not give me what I asked for. I now have a big masculine droopy nose with bad scarring. Everyone looks at it when they talk to me and I want to hide and cry. But I am being strong and hope to get the nose I want very soon.
