I Had Rhinoplasty and Blepharoplasty surgery

Dr. Philip Solomon is highly recommended. He performed Rhinoplasty and Blepharoplasty (eyelid) surgery on me recently. I had met with several other doctors and was most impressed with Dr. Solomon’s knowledge and realistic approach to surgery. Risks were discussed, helpful diagrams were drawn, techniques described.

I was reassured by the fact that Dr. Solomon is Chief of Surgery at York Central Hospital and that his specialty is Head and Neck Surgery (Otolaryngology-ENT) in addition to Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is highly qualified and has dedicated many years to learning and honing his surgical skills and techniques. I like the fact that his knowledge and work covers the width and breadth of Head and Neck concerns, not solely Cosmetic concerns.

Dr. Solomon is a specialist in every sense of the word. He is personable, professional and approachable. He listens well, offers advice, asks for feedback and listens some more. He sees patients as many times as they wish prior to surgery to answer questions and to clarify their needs. In the operating theatre Dr. Solomon is reassuring and, I believe, highly competent as judged by my results.

Postoperatively, Dr. Solomon contacted me several times to check-in, is prompt, has seen me in his office and has scheduled ongoing follow-up. I am very pleased with the results thus far. My surgery was 11 days ago and I did not require ANY pain medication, bruising was minimal and swelling has subsided normally. These are all indicators of precise and efficient procedures having been skilfully performed.

I would not hesitate to contact Dr. Solomon for any facial plastic surgery or ENT concerns and have recommended a family member to him. My thanks to Dr. Solomon. I’m grateful that he decided to practice in Canada and that I have had the opportunity to draw upon on his skills and training.
