This women underwent prior rhinoplasty elsewhere. She developed a polybeak deformity. Her nasal tip was too low and hund down.  The area above the tip had excess scar tissue and cartilage.  Her nasal bones were too low.  With rivision rhinoplasty surgery performed by Dr Solomon in Toronto Canada the nose was substantially improved.

Young lady with large nose.  She underwent initial procedure which under corrected nose and tip.  Secondary rhinoplasty created a smaller better proportioned nose.
