This women underwent prior rhinoplasty elsewhere. She developed a polybeak deformity. Her nasal tip was too low and hund down.  The area above the tip had excess scar tissue and cartilage.  Her nasal bones were too low.  With rivision rhinoplasty surgery performed by Dr Solomon in Toronto Canada the nose was substantially improved.

Correction Polybeak Deformity


This middle aged women had undegone a number of rhinoplasty surgeries in the past. She had thick skin and the surgery she had  led to a polybeak deformity.  With revision surgery Dr Solomon  Otolaryngologist Head and Neck Surgeon practicing Facial Plastic Surgery In Toronto Canada was able to lift her nasal tip, refine her nasal tip and correct her polybeak deformity.  Results indicate a dramatic improvement in her nasal proportions

Large nose secondary correction rhinoplasty


Young lady with large nose.  She underwent initial procedure which under corrected nose and tip.  Secondary rhinoplasty created a smaller better proportioned nose.

Women with thicker skin who underwent prior rhinoplasty.  Her nose required removal of polybeak cartilage deformity. Nasal tip was lifted, shortened, and strengthened to maintain its position above the bridge.

Correction of nasal tip and bridge deformity.  Dr Solomon reshaped the nasal tip as seen by bottom view.  Her bridge was also reduced to create a better proportioned nose.
